At 701 Kayaking, we understand that life is unpredictable, and plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible to our clients while considering the operational aspects of our services.

1. Cancellation by Clients: Clients may cancel their booking at any time. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to the package date.For cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled package date, a deductible of $300 per package will be applied. This fee covers the costs incurred for the preparation and setup by our crew.All cancellations must be communicated to 701 Kayaking in writing. The date on which the written cancellation notice is received will be used to calculate the refund due.
2. Cancellation by 701 Kayaking: In the rare event that 701 Kayaking must cancel a package, clients will be notified immediately.If the cancellation is initiated by 701 Kayaking, regardless of the timing, clients will be entitled to a full refund.Clients will also have the option to reschedule their package for a later date, subject to availability, if they prefer this over a refund.
3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified number of business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.Please note that processing times may vary depending on the financial institution involved.
4. Unforeseen Circumstances: We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to health issues, personal emergencies, or extreme weather conditions, can result in last-minute cancellations. We endeavor to be as flexible as possible in such situations.
